I agree with all of the advice, but especially #2. Having a merchant account is great for business because the company will work with you to customize your account to your business.

I've just started up my own business so it's helpful to read up on ways to keep costs down. As a tip, I'd recommend getting an autoresponder off of Google for your email marketing to automate sending emails to your clients rather than doing it all by hand.
