I agree with Jeff on this one. Having an direct ( non-opt in) way to contact you is essential.

The less hurdles a prospect has to go though to get a little more info , the faster they stand to becoming customer.

I would include another
essential: a Contact Page.

Suppose I want a little more
info before I decide to opt
in? Or I want to start right
now?

A person viewing your site
should be able to contact
you without having to opt
in.
